Phrase Board
Phrase Board is a Windows overlay that stays on top of the job. Staff keep the phrases they repeat — chart notes, ticket replies, handoffs — on a board and copy them in one click.
The first sales motion is Microsoft: Windows teams, then the Microsoft Store. Other workplaces come after that.

What we put in place
We watch the real sequence — who waits, who retypes, who forwards — and replace
that path with a step the system does. The staff member stays in the job. The
busywork leaves.
Handoffs fail when each desk keeps its own version of the work. We put one
shared path between them so a request does not die in an inbox.
If the tool adds a login, a new screen, and a second copy of the chart, people
go around it. We fit the fix to the screen they already have open.
The analysis happens while the work is happening. We learn the exceptions from
the people who hit them, then encode the path they already trust.
The same desk can finish more of the work that gets paid. Headcount stays on
the work that needs a person. Repeat steps do not.
